Clay Procedure

1. After the plaster mold has dried for at least a day, the students will wedge a piece of clay that could be rolled to 12" X 12" and 1/4" thick.

2. Spray vegetable oil in the plaster mask.

3. Press the clay in firmly, especially around the mouth and nose.

4. Let this dry for two days. Clay should be leather hard.
